نحرص في حريص على حماية خصوصيتك، ونجمع الحد الأدنى من المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: رقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني اختيارياً.
• بيانات العميل: الاسم ووسائل التواصل التي تُدخلها.
• بيانات المركبة: النوع والموديل، رقم اللوحة أو الهيكل، والعدّاد إن أدخلتها.
• الموقع الجغرافي: فقط عند طلب خدمة السطحة، لتحديد مكان مركبتك بدقة.

كيف نستخدمها

• تشغيل الخدمة وإدارة حسابك.
• تأكيد الطلبات وإرسال الإشعارات ورسائل التحقق.
• تحسين الأداء والموثوقية والأمان.

المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزوّدي خدمات تشغيل التطبيق (كإرسال الرسائل ومعالجة الدفع) وفق التزامات سرية، أو عند طلب النظام.

المدفوعات

تُعالَج مدفوعاتك عبر بوابة «ميسر» الآمنة، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك لدينا.

حقوقك

يمكنك تحديث بياناتك داخل التطبيق، أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق، أو عبر contact@nasaq.io.

الأمان

نطبّق إجراءات حماية معقولة، مع أن أي وسيلة نقل أو تخزين ليست آمنة 100%.

الأطفال

الخدمة ليست موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً.

At Hrees we care about protecting your privacy, and we collect the minimum information needed to operate the service.

Information we collect

• Account data: your mobile number, and email (optional).
• Customer data: the name and contact details you enter.
• Vehicle data: make and model, plate or chassis number, and odometer if you enter them.
• Location: only when you request the tow (roadside) service, to pinpoint your vehicle's location.

How we use it

• Operating the service and managing your account.
• Confirming orders and sending notifications and verification (OTP) messages.
• Improving performance, reliability, and security.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we share it only with service providers that operate the app (such as SMS delivery and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Payments

Your payments are processed through the secure Moyasar gateway; we do not store your card details.

Your rights

You can update your data inside the app, permanently delete your account and data from within the app, or contact us at contact@nasaq.io.

Security

We apply reasonable protection measures, although no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 13 years of age.
